“Great location and price, responsive host, but not a smooth stay”
+The location was fantastic and the price was great. The room was big and the bathroom was big. The host responded quickly.
−The check-in process was extremely stressful. I travel often and get notifications about my reservations, but it wasn't clear to me that I had to respond to their questionnaire in order to check in and get access to the apartment. I wish communication had been clearer that it wouldn't be possible to get in without sending all our personal information. I am not super comfortable sending my passport information and personal details on external websites, so I had preferred to do it in person. But as they don't have reception, I was locked out until we sent the form. Also very weird that you have to pay to use the elevator and must have exact change... We had to leave our tourist tax in cash in a box in our room -- a bit weird... It's a good thing we had cash. I understand that it's a B&B, but I didn't see a single staff member or representative the entire time. The breakfast was meager and pre-packaged... The only window in our room overlooked the breakfast room, and we had a hard time closing the window. So people eating breakfast in the morning woke us up. The door had cracks in it, so you could kinda see into our room... Our stay ended up being ok, but the arrival was quite stressf

“Overly priced for a good location”
+Excellent location! About a 5min walk or less to the metro. Decor and interior design is super cool - gives the hotel a shabby chic art nouveau look and feel!
−The room had no windows that lead to the outside for fresh air. There are two windows high up at ceiling level that open into the communal shared kitchen room (so still not into any area of fresh air or breeze). To compensate for the hot and stuffy room, we attempted to use the AC which immediately blew strong distinct odours of mould into the already ventless space. The smell was overwhelming. Toilet paper refill was not provided in spite of messaging the owners to let them know that there was no toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. Listing states that a sparkling wine is included in the room - this was not supplied. Breakfast is a series of prepackaged biscuits, jams and dried toast plus milk and juice. It's OK for a quick snack, but definitely should not be advertised as breakfast for those booking the room including breakfast at a high room rate. City tax was €5.50 pp/day - the absolute highest we have paid to date across all of Italy. Be very careful of using the paid elevator when exiting on the stairs, the lift opens directly into the middle of the staircase between two floors with no warning of falling!

“Gute Lage”
+Zentrale Lage, nahe Fähre und U-Bahn. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Nespressomaschine incl. ausreichend Kapseln und Milch in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Korrespondenz mit Quartiergeber kurzfristig und zielführend.

−La struttura un po vecchiotta I acqua calda è finita a metà della seconda doccia (sarebbe sufficiente avvisare della capacità limitata) Rumori estemporanei suppongo dalla caldaia.

“Buona esperienza”
+Posizione ottima e personale super attento. Ci ha inviato prontamente tutto per soggiornare al meglio presso la struttura.
−L'unica pecca, se dovessi trovarla, è che la nostra camera era sulla strada e quindi nella notte e la mattina, essendoci un evento in centro, proveniva molto rumore dall'esterno e si percepiva molto. Anche per la colazione, diciamo che forse inserirei più varietà di prodotti

“Bellissimo alloggio”
+Spazi davvero ampi e soffitti alti, silenzioso di notte e molto carino lo stile interno. La camera era davvero infinita come dimensioni, bagno pulito e molto comodo
−Ascensore a pagamento, attenzione se avete difficoltà con le scale. Peccato assenza di finestre in camera (solo piccoli VELUX in alto, ma dipende da quale camera capita). Comunque l'area colazione è sempre disponibile per tutti con spie vetrate e un piccolo balconcino verso piazza Bovio

+J’ai aimé l’ambiance Arty du lieu, la hauteur sous plafond et l’emplacement. Le petit dej en libre service permet de se sentir « comme à la maison »
−Cependant, Le petit déjeuné n’a rien de frais: croissants et pain sous vide. Pas de fruit, pas de légumes ni fromage.
