+The information regarding accessing the apartment did not get sent until 3am on the day of arrival despite me trying to contact the host prior. The instructions were good and accurate. The location was okay but felt a little uncomfortable returning late in the evening. The bed was very soft but only one pillow which was hard. It was a shame as the room itself could be much more.
−The communication was not good. I asked for help with a taxi as I had to get one at 3am. There was no help or response. The apartment was scarcely equipped. No glasses, very few bits of cutlery and crockery or cooking utensils. There was a fusty smell to the block and apartment. The block was noisy when others returned home. Not the hosts fault but to be aware that the walls are paper thin. I was glad I only had the night booked prior to returning flight.

“DO NOT STAY HERE”

−DO NOT BOOK FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!! Worst experience we have ever had on holiday when booking this room. I’m not sure where to begin? We have experienced countless problems since the minute we stepped foot in this Airbnb “apartment room” that firstly ended up being more of a hostel with halls that you share with 4 other guests - the halls leads to other rooms that was not described on the website as such. When we first arrived, we noticed that the photos were not as described on the booking.com site and completely misleading. AI was used to generate two fake balcony’s that did not exist in the ‘family room’ that we booked and the bathroom was just completely different to photos and half the size, as if the host as told AI to ‘make it look bigger’. We then opened the wardrobe and noticed that there were other people’s belongings in our wardrobe. A full backpack and some clothes and a makeup bag which we realise was the previous guest who had been kicked out for our arrival. We know this as we spoke to her after later that evening a total stranger entered our room. +Photo and room are different
−Nothing was good. AC wasnt working and it was really bad. We saw a nice room on booking which was room 1 and then given room 3 which was a tiny room and aweful bed. Only good was decent location. It section has a common entry for 4 rooms. They have a extra room so keep a valable safely.

−There was a kettle and coffee machine but no cups. No towels in the bathroom when I arrived, even to wipe your hands after using the toilet. I arrived on Thurs night for 7 nights and the only time the room was cleaned was on Tuesday. Towels were left in the room when the room was cleaned (5 days after check in). The keyhole at the door to enter the flat is a challenge to work. Fridge door doesn’t close. Toilet seat was broken. WiFi details were received the evening after check in.

+La posizione non è male vicino alla metro e non lontana dal centro
−Manca di piccole accorgimenti come il fon per i capelli rotto il mini frigo dove non ci sta nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua e visto che c e la macchina del caffè sarebbe cortese mettere qualche cialda .⁷

−In der Ausstellung ist ein Balkon angegeben war bei uns nicht der Fall. Reicht alles sehr stark nach Chlor Fernbedienung Funktion nicht ( Batterien leer )

“Було б відмінно, якщо б технічний стан був на висоті.”
+Місце розташування біля вокзалу, недалеко йти. Номер досить просторий. Вулиця відносно тиха, не переобтяжена автотранспортом. Розеток достатньо.
−Поламане сидіння унітаза, ми ледь не падали. Вішаки для одягу луснуті, користуватися неможливо. Відкрити скриньку для пароля WI-FI не вдалося. Добе, що на запит відповіли. Сподіваюся, на нашу заявку вже відреагували та полагодили.
