“Great stay, will be back”
+Place was very clean. I would like to thanks to Josefina for an amazing customer service she provided to us. She really helped us with everything we need it. Thank you so much, she was GREAT .
−Was to noisy, because there are no carpets so we could hear everything from other rooms , was very echoing.

“Great location, great staff, nice room.”
+First of all, the location is great! Close to the metro, the port, the spanish quartee, and everything else. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice. The room is good size.
−The bed was a bit too hard for me. It was sleapable, but not very comfortble. A chair or sofa would have been nice.

“Great room with wonderful view, excellent location, nice staff, but poor breakfast”
+Room was spacious and clean with a wonderful view over a busy streetscape with the castle and Capri in the distance. Staff were unfailingly helpful and welcoming. Access was a little eccentric , being on the upper floors of an office building, but this was compensated by the excellent location.
−Breakfast was fairly poor, with no decent bread on offer. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again, but next time I think I'll take my breakfast in a nearby café.
