“Great stay and great service”
+The room was perfect. Slept really well. Very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Home cooked pastries and a great service. The hotel is a minutes walk from the promenade and we walked along the coast and swam there every morning. I would recommend staying on Napoli Tree to anyone.

+Staff was so friendly and helpful in planning our days in Naples. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious.
−The noise level in the room was very loud from the street below. The AC unit was very loud. The light switch in our room stuck and was hard to turn the lights on and off. There was excessive hair on towels in the room from previous guests.

“Nice B&B in a historic building”
+Very cool B&B in an old historic building. Great location near the water. Staff/owners were excellent. Excellent communication before arrival, very helpful with information during our stay, available to answer all our questions, arranged a departure taxi for us, made up a breakfast to go as we had an early flight. Breakfast was very good. Nice assortment of savoury and sweet items, good coffee, and the Pastiera was superb.
−The floor in our room was not clean enough for our liking. After checking in we removed our shoes and unpacked. After walking around on the floor in our barefoot, we were surprised to see our feet that dirty. Not sure if it had just not been cleaned after the previous guest, or if it was cleaned with dirty water. Disappointed in that, and wore our shoes through the stay in our room. Also, the shower drain did not drain well, and there was a lot of black mold around the caulking in the shower. The drain needs to be unplugged, and the shower sill/caulk should be cleaned and/or replaced. There were dogs in the neighbourhood that barked in the morning, waking us up. With the window closed, it was ok, but if you slept with the window open it was noisy.

“Wonderful stay in the heart of Napoli!”
+This was the most surprisingly excellent stay of our recent two-week trip to Italy. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and eager to accommodate our every need. The breakfast was extraordinarily diverse, homemade, extensive, and delicious, particularly considering the relative small size of this accommodation. The property is so tastefully decorated and the rooms were generously large for an urban property. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was excellent. The hosts graciously allowed us to keep our luggage behind the last day to collect it when we left Napoli. We cannot recommend this property more strongly.
