“A msitake and a lesson learnt”
+the only thing good about the property was location if you wanted to be around the city centre but it was in a shady part of the centre. If one is travelling by car good to note there is no parking facility and one has to use one of the public parking which are not really close and to stop the car an unload luggage is also difficult parking is pretty expensive.
−The pictures are very deceiving and the info on Bookings about the guest house is also very misleading. Its an apartment on the 3rd floor where 3-4 rooms are rented out. Room sizes are very different and while booking though it said 25 sq mts that's not what we got. we had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples one room was almost double the other even though the same amount was paid for both. When we complained to the landlord he simply said since we were staying one night how did it matter. The landlord was rather weird and of course did not speak a word of English. The room is advertised with breakfast in the room, but the breakfast consists of sachets of jam, nuttella and a 2 packs o( rusks, pre-packed dried toasts. Already left in the room even before we checked in. The only thing hot you get is a cup or tea or coffee which is served between 9-10 by a lady who comes in the morning. Thsi is not breakfast and this info is very misleading. Bathroom is very basic our toilet flush was not working properly, toiletries consisted of 2 tiny bottles of some kind of a soap. “Napoli in serenità”
+Struttura nuova,, in una zona ben collegata grazie alla vicina Metro, si trova comunque a 15' a piedi dalla maggior parte dei luoghi di interesse. Il personale molto gentile, ha risposto sempre prontamente ai messaggi, fornendo risposte chiare e precise. Sicuramente torneremo!

“Muito aquém das expectativas”
+Os pontos positivos foram a localização relativamente conveniente, a fácil comunicação através de whatsapp e o pequeno-almoço que nos foi oferecido, apesar de não estar incluído na reserva.
−A experiência ficou bastante aquém das expectativas. As fotografias do anúncio transmitem uma imagem bastante diferente da realidade: o espaço está muito mais envelhecido do que aparenta e precisa claramente de uma renovação. Os problemas de manutenção são evidentes: interruptores avariados remendados com fita isoladora, um suporte de papel higiénico partido, luzes que piscam e um buraco no teto tapado com plástico ou acrílico, por onde entra luz. Tudo isto dá uma impressão de improviso que dificilmente corresponde ao que se espera de um alojamento. Para completar a experiência, a campainha tocava ocasionalmente durante a noite, acordando os hóspedes e dificultando o descanso. As fotografias também sugerem uma receção com funcionários, mas, na realidade, encontrámos apenas um balcão vazio. Durante toda a estadia, apenas vimos uma senhora pelas manhãs que nos entregava o pequeno almoço e que geriu a questão das identificações e das taxas turísticas. Em suma, o alojamento precisa urgentemente de manutenção, de uma atualização e, acima de tudo, de fotografias que mostrem a realidade. A localização é razoável, mas, infelizmente, as fotografias acabam por ser a melhor parte da estadia.
