“A special home away from home”
+This was my favourite stay on my camino by far. Marta is so incredibly kind and generous. Down to lending a beach towel to go to the beach, offering home cooked meals for dinner and breakfast, and asking whether I needed any washing done. I could also store my bike safely and she helped with my luggage transport. Right on the trail and such a special experience!

+Is close to the beach and directly on the Camino.
−Marta is an excellent host. She speaks perfectly English, is friendly and provides useful advice regarding the area, such restaurants, beach and the way ahead. Besides she is an remarkable artist, kind and wise person. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful beach stay on the Portugese Camino.”
+Our hostess was superb. She was so welcoming. Her home is lovely, right on the beach so perfect location. We were given huge towels for our swim and we enjoyed sitting outside with her too.Excellent command of English which was so helpful when we needed directions etc. She went out of her way to get items for us at the supermarket. India her dog was a great co-host too. A lovely stay. Thank you Marta!

“Amazing hostess and wonderful location! We will be back and stay longer!”
+Marta and her sweet dog India were perfects hosts. Marta's home is lovely and filled with her beautiful original artwork. She lives right across the street from a beautiful beach and we saw the most beautiful sunset. She prepared a delicious meal for us for dinner and the best coffee for breakfast. She was even so gracious to do our laundry for us - and to let us borrow dresses from her to wear while our clothes dried! This was our best night on the Camino de Santiago and we wish we had planned a rest day here!
−We didn't like that we had to leave so soon!

+This was probably our best accommodation so far. The location was perfect, the room, the bathroom and a lovely doggy company ❤️ we are very grateful and truly recommend! Thank you again (+ we could also borrow blankets and sunprotecting umbrella for the beach!!!!)

+First and foremost the Marta and India are as sweet, down to earth and inviting as could possibly be. Both had rays of sunshine flowing out of them as beautiful as the sunset which could be seen directly across the street. The location was amazing and honestly could not have hoped for more from a hostess or an accommodation. Truly. Perfect in every way imaginable.
−Absolutely nothing. The only downfall was being unable to stay for another week.

+Absolutely loved the host, the dog, the place. Very welcoming, clean, cosy. You have everything you need. And you’re the only guest renting a room so literally feeling like you’re the guest to your friend rather than random room renting :) nice beaches nearby. Loved it.
