“Very affordable stay in Florence”
+This property is close to everything. 5 minute walk from the Firenze Train Central Station, there’s a good restaurant down the apartment, tourist spot is within 11minute walk. Tram station is also nearby. What can you ask for. There’s also a kitchen where you can cook your own food. The Uncle who is the caretaker is also friendly and always smile and very helpful. There’s also a lift going to the apartment.
−There’s a slight miscommunication on how to access the main gate. For english speakers, you just need to tap the black token to the dial pad, and no need to “brush” it against the numbers.

“Friendly staff, good value for a simple, clean and convenient place to stay”
+Very convenient to both airport tram and Santa Maria Novella train station. Very clean and good value for a traveler who just needs a safe, clean and convenient place to stay--it's a small and basic room that fit my needs.
