“horrible night”
+extremely rude womsn and husband staff,racists,they kept talking in albanian and saying ,albania no english no euro,they asked me to pay in lek and charged 119 lek extra ,unfair and maltreatment disrespectable and dishonest. i do not recommend this place to any one

+I'm glad that I can finally rate this place as it seemed like I was blocked before. Otherwise nothing was good. I am convinced the semi decent rating on booking is because she blocks reviews.
−1. She overcharged me compared to what my Booking.com reservation said. I argued with her but was trying to meet with people in town and made the reservation at the last minute so just gave up. Afterwards as I had put my stuff down and was leaving to meet friends she offered me so cake. NO THANKS. I would much rather pay the price agreed to and skip the cake. And because everything in Albania is cash, I can't verify with Booking.com the overcharging situation because I didn't get a receipt. 2. There was a pair of men's underwear on. The very tiny sink the night I arrived and the next morning. 3. The host lady seemed to come in the course of the night and turn off the air conditioning to save money. I got back around 1am and it was off but someone was already sleeping. It was August and very hot so I assume she had turned it on when going to bed. It turned it on. 4. At some point in the night I was woken up by a woman yelling in Spanish at a guy. The host lady sermed to have sons around in the place. I was asleep and really wanted to continue sleeping but the yelling went on for at 10 minutes. The air was off again. 5. The air was off again in the morning. From what I understood in

“Terrible”
−My stay at Nana hostel was absolutely a horrid experience. She refused to run AC in 98 degree weather. Complained if I used electricity to charge my devices as "it used too much electricity" she said. Bed very uncomfortable. She came in everyday busting into room no knock or anything opens blinds/window 8-9am. Her and her husband would regularly come into room unannounced 3-5 times a day. One time I just taken shower and still in my towel when the husband came into room! They have no business running a hostel. Then she would bust into room 950am saying pay Nana pay Nana over and over to guest doing day by day stays. She ready to toss out 10am at checkout time. Only stay here if you like no sleep, no privacy and no respect from the host! I prepaid 6 nights stayed 1 officially because the 2nd night I booked last minute hotel at midnight just so I did not have to sleep there 1 more time! I did not get all money back from 4 nights stay. Booking info wrong. She only speaks Albanian no English. I gpt screamed at in Albanian about AC being on and charging my devices. They are horrible & uncaring people!

+The hostel was clean, quiet and I didn't even need to turn on the AC, despite the heat. I highly recommend it.

+Bohužel už nemůžu odpovědět na reakci, tak to píšu tady, že si hostitelka, ještě ke všemu vymýšlí nesmysly. Jelikož v celém hostelu nikdo jiný nebyl, takže nebylo koho rušit klimatizaci. A žádný starý bezcenný ručník jsem určitě neukradla :D
−Chtěla jsem se původně ubytovat jen na jednu noc, ale protože byl hostel úplně prázdný, prodloužila jsem pobyt o další den. První den bylo vše v pořádku a hostel byl čistý. Hostitelka mi několikrát říkala, že jde o malý business, a protože mi bylo líto, že tam nemá hosty, chtěla jsem dokonce zaplatit pobyt na celý týden. Bohužel po zkušenosti druhý den jsem hostel opustila a ubytovala se jinde.Večer zmizel z pokoje ovladač od klimatizace a hostitelka mi ho nechtěla dát, přestože bylo kolem 37 °C. Následovalo asi půl hodiny nepříjemného dohadování. Komunikace byla velmi obtížná kvůli jazykové bariéře. Překladač nefungoval dobře a hostitelka na mě následně mluvila albánsky zvýšeným hlasem. Bylo pro mě velmi nepříjemné, že jsem jí nerozuměla a nedařilo se mi vysvětlit, že jí nerozumím, takže situaci nešlo v klidu ukončit. Další nepříjemná situace nastala v kuchyni. Hostitelka mi sice ochotně přinesla pánev, ale následně po celou dobu stála za mnou a kontrolovala, jak si připravuji jídlo. Chtěla jsem si udělat míchaná vejce na nízkém stupni, ale neustále zasahovala do přípravy. Zvyšovala teplotu na sporáku, rozhodovala, kdy mám přidat máslo, a radila mi, jak mám vejce připravovat, přes

+Z pozytywnych rzeczy to na pewno zasługują biegające żółwie po ogrodzie które można podziwiać.
−Brak kontaktu z właścicielką obiektu nawet przez tłumacz było bardzo ciężko się dogadać. Jedna niewielka łazienka na 12 osób z której słychać było ludzi rozmawiających w salonie, kuchni oraz ogrodzie, nie wspominając o samej włascicielce która non stop wszystko kontrolowała i było ją słychać z każdej części hostelu. łazienka znajduje sie w samym centralnym miejscu hostelu. Zdecydowanie odradzam to miejsce.

“No es para nada confiable. La primera vez que nos pasa en Albania”
−No vayan, todo muy raro. Llegamos 10 pm muy cansadas con mi amiga y tuvimos que irnos por qué apenas llegamos la dueña quería guardar todas nuestras cosas, se empezaron a pelear con los huéspedes en un idioma que no entendíamos y nos sacaron de la habitación a nosotras durante la pelea. Al día siguiente que se iban los otros huéspedes y quedábamos prácticamente solas en la casa (por qué NO ES HOSTEL) nos querían meter en una habitación muy pequeña con cruces fue algo escalofriante y tenebroso.
