+Rooms & location & staff great.
−It was a proper hotel as such. No staff on site. Communication ok but for example we wanted to book a driver for the following day to airport but nobody got back to us.

“The stay was ok.”
+I liked the location of the hotel, it was at the Spanish Steps close to the metro and main attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice.
−However, the internet connection was very slow, and reliable Wi-Fi is essential nowadays. Additionally, I left the room around 2:00 p.m., but it was not cleaned. The staff explained that they had other properties to attend to. I was not informed that housekeeping services were only available in the morning. Another issue was the lack of a bedside lamp. The room only had the main ceiling light, which was inconvenient, especially in the evening. This is a minor issue that could be easily addressed.

“Sentirsi a casa”
Tornare qui, ormai, è davvero come tornare a casa.
