“Wow wow wow. 10 out of 10”
+What an amazing stay at N7 Rooms! Our room was absolutely fantastic , spacious, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable for our 7-night stay in Florence. After a busy day exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to such a beautiful, spotlessly clean room, with fresh towels provided every day. We especially loved having the small balcony, which was a lovely bonus. We enjoyed sitting outside with takeaway meals on a couple of evenings and making the most of our little outdoor space. The location was perfect for us. Firenze SMN train station was just a 5-minute walk away, which made our day trips so easy, and everything we wanted to see and do in Florence was within walking distance. A special mention to our host, Claudio, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He arranged for our laundry to be collected, laundered and returned directly to our room, which was so convenient. He also provided us with lots of useful information, recommendations and helpful tips for making the most of our time in Florence. We absolutely loved our stay at N7 Rooms and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to anyone visiting Florence. We would definitely stay here again if

+Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, just a quick walk from the train station, yet wonderfully quiet with no street noise, and close to all the major attractions. The room was honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with exceptional air conditioning, a large shower, and plenty of fluffy towels. The thoughtful little touches, like sweets and water waiting for us on arrival, made us feel so welcome. I also felt incredibly safe. All the suites are on a dedicated, secure floor that has been beautifully renovated. And Claudio was an exceptional host,so warm and attentive, always checking that we had everything we needed. The whole experience was outstanding. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

“Perfect”
+The property is gorgeous, air conditioned, very clean and comfortable, with high quality furnishings and a lovely bathroom. We were provided with toiletries, coffee and other basics to make our stay really easy. The room has high ceilings and big windows, and plenty of space. Claudio is an exceptional host, who ensured he was there to meet us, gave us tailored recommendations for where to spend time (genuine recommendations, not sponsored ones!) and was on hand for everything we needed- taking care of our bags while we explored the city after check out.

“Amazing stay! Would highly recommend”
+Everything about the property was really lovely! The host couldn’t have done more to help us, from an evening checking-in, to helping us catch a taxi back to the airport. We were also a perfect distance to the centre, and the host provided us with great recommendations!
