“Value for Money”
+Neat and Clean. We travelled for work, so the location was excellent just 10 minutes from where we needed to be.

−The reception was bad, the lady that welcomed us was very mean. There was no privacy as the door to the next room was not locked. It was bad.

“Horrible experience. Will never go there again”

−Room was not cleaned prior to our arrival There was pubic hair and stains in the one bed Bed smelled something of a mixture of human sweat and feet could not sleep in it Shower was dirty with old wrappers lying in it I felt dirtier coming out of the shower than going in My wife slept in the 1 bed, and I slept in the car as the 1 bed was not sleep able at all. I only stayed the Friday night phoned on Saturday to cancel as I was not prepared to sleep in that dirty place again. Basic steps of customer complaints not even followed to resolve the problem. I insist on a Refund as I did not sleep 2 nights due to their faults the night I was there I had to sleep in my car as the bed was not sleep able (Dirty) Photos were taken of the problems

“I didn't enjoy the stay at all”
−The Manager was very rude. The general workers (room service) are so sweet. The floor rug was very dirty and there was a very mouldy smell and smoke smell in the bedroom. Linen especially towels were very dirty. I was on my periods, and she bin was not emptied throughout my stay

−The overall stay was ok. please think of adding a bedsheet to the mattress as sleeping on the mattress protector was very uncomfortable. Also, I arranged for the gents to have double beds and i was told they each got single beds. this was disappointing.

−Firstly, I booked a standard double room - not what we got. We got the room with 2 single beds. Not what I paid for. Secondly, the room was definitely not clean. There were bat droppings on the floor and desk. The beds were wrinkling. It almost looked slept in. There were blood stains on both beds. So disgusting . There is a gasbottle INSIDE of the room - just the other day, a man was sentenced for this as this caused the death of 2 people. This place SERIOUSLY need to get their act together. This was definitely not what we paid for.
