+Very close to the toledo street, the spanish market, and metro. Also, good availibility of supermarkets that are open until late. The room itself is very good size, the bathroom is super large and clean and the view from the balcony is quiet and beautiful.
−The elivator is so old that it is frightening to use (but most of Naples is very old buildings so I guess that is a given). Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, lots of imigrants and many Palestinian flags which make you feel very unwelcome.

“Beautiful accommodation in a perfect spot for exploring Napoli!”
+A really modern and well furnished apartment, it was really clean & had everything you could need including iron, coffee machine etc. The bed was really comfortable and we slept so well here! The location was perfect to wonder around Napoli, would highly recommend.
−Nothing, it was perfect!

−I was very disappointed with the room during my stay. The booking clearly stated the room would have a balcony, but the “Green Room” did not. It was unsuitable for a family, as the bathroom door was transparent and there was no shower door. The shower was dirty upon arrival (photos attached). No cleaning service was provided for seven days unless paid for separately, which is unusual compared to other B&Bs in Europe where cleaning is typically included. Although we have agreed for cleaning one day, the bed sheets were not changed, used towels were left in the room, and rubbish was not removed. The coffee mat was filthy, and we had to remove it ourselves on day one.(photo attached). The room was overall very dirty upon arrival , we had to clean surfaces ourselves, and the cleaning wipes turned black.

+Perfect apartment next to the old centre of Napoli. Dante metro station is 5 mins away. The host Doryana was very helpful with everything we needed! Would recommend.
−The only thing I would suggest is more coffee capsules according to how many days the guest is staying and glasses instead of paper cups.

“Very nice, but discovered mold in the end...”
+Location was perfect, and also the room was very nice. The airco was strong, the room is quiet en the bathroom was more spacious then expected.
−We were a bit horrified to discover mold behind the TV on our last day... The airconditioning had apparently been leaking water as well and my friend's clothes got soaked from this. When we notified the staff about the mold they came across as a bit indifferent while this is actually a health concern... Still a 7.0 because we had an amazing time! I would just recommend to keep an eye out for mold/leaking airconditioning and make an immediate strong complaint to the staff. Hope I have not scared people too bad about this, I am sure the staff has resolved this in the mean time as they promised they would.
