“We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.”
+The location is great. 1 minute from the Vatican museum. 3 minutes from stores and a lot of restaurants and caffès near by. Very quiet property for the location.
−Half of the shower door was missing and water was leaking out, flooding the bathroom.

“No better location for Vatican or restaurants.”
+The staff were super helpful and responsive. The location was excellent!
−Was a little small. The location was so good it got a bit noisy early in the morning.

+The region it's located is beautiful and convenient. Modern styled room.
−The room "Giordano" wasn't very clean. Not really bright either. The building is old and just outside of it there are hoards of people sitting at the stairs waiting to enter the Vatican museum. At night, you constantly hear cars passing by.

“We travelled over for the half marathon in Rome. We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was very central. There”
+The location was fantastic! It was so close to lots of nice restaurants. Metro was walking distance away!
−Only a few minor things like more coffee cups etc in room as we only had one and maybe a bin in the room

“Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend”
+It was very close to the Vatican. Access instructions were provided in advance and were clear and easy to follow. Apartment was clean.
−The main bedroom / living area had no overhead lights, just bedside lamps. The plug sockets were hanging off the wall and didn't feel safe. The electrics didn't work initially and we had to call out of hours who didn't know how to sort them and they didn't call us back. We figured it ourselves in the end. There was only enough hot water in the shower for one person to have a shower after that it went freezing cold. We called about this and they sent maintenance to check but they claimed nothing was wrong. Being close to the Vatican is good however it is difficult to get around the rest of the Citi without taking Taxis as there is very limited public transport in the area.. Wardrobe space only enough for one person, no drawers for clothes or any other space to hang apart from one rail.

“Great location.”
+Fantastic location. Decent bed, clean sheets.
