“Great location, full of character and great staff”
+It was lovely and authentic in character. The gorgeous big wooden door, the traditional window with the painted shutters yet good modern bathroom facilities and some modern decor and comfortable beds. The stocked minibar was also great. The staff were so friendly and gave us more tea and milk no problems. The location was ideal. Right at the top of the Spanish steps everything was walkable. Lots of lovely places nearby. Worth it for the location alone.
−Nothing. Would stay here again.

“A safe, quiet, comfortable stay in one of the nicest parts of Rome.”
+The location was superb. So close to the top of the spanish steps and a 2 minute walk from the metro with a direct connection to Rome Termini station.
−The wifi wasn't working great when we were there but we decided to see this as a positive break from the online world!

+So close to the spanish steps and a subway station. Easy to walk to many of the famous sites in Rome. Our room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. The AC worked very well. There is a mini fridge in the room as well. There is an elevator as well to access the floor. Easy access to many place to eat.
−Can be noisy late at night as it is so close to the spanish steps and many restaurants.

“The best view in Rome”
+Everything was amazing! First of all the property has some stunning views of Rome and it is in one of the greatest locations by the Spanish steps! To top this off, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and super clean. Alessandro was incredible since the very start when I contacted him. We booked the entire property to celebrate our wedding in Rome with the family and he made sure everything was very well organized for us. Thank you Alessandro
