+Nice staff, clean rooms and plenty of fresh air
−A little dated. The breakfast selection was disappointing especially if you have nut allergies.

“Funky bathroom”
+Good location. Comfy bed, and rooms were well sized. Had DVDs to watch when in which was nice
−Bathroom very small, and toilet too close to wall for anyone using left hand. Breakfast was so so, and not enough seats. Pool was closed so could not swin. Sidewalk is slanted which makes it harder to walk on when wet, snowy or icy.

“Very friendly staff, convenient parking, close to highway, comfy bed. Cowboy concert!”
+Very kind staff! Convenient place to stay for one night. Room was silent and the bed was comfortable. The cowboy concert was very authentic, we loved it!
−The bathroom was acceptable, but did not feel very clean. Breakfast was a bit poor variety (bagel and jam). Room felt a bit dark. Few minutes drive from estes park downtown, not walkable distance.
