“AWFUL PLACE, MONEY MAKING MACHINE. DO NOT BOOK AS THEY DO NOT ADHERE TO BOOKING.COM RULES”
+Really awful experience. The property asked for prepayment 2 days in advance, while booking.com support team clearly told me that this was out of policy and I should not pay any advance. I told the same to the host and also got confirmation from property owner (listed phone number) that my booking is confirmed, while a separate person kept reaching out to me asking for money (which booking.com denied me to pay and told might be fraudulent). When I arrived for checkin, they denied my room and did not even cancel my reservation (on the app cause they wanted to later show I didn’t checkin only) because they gave the room offline to someone else (due to summer season and tourist crowd on the weekend, probably might have made a great profit through upselling). This was really surprising for me, and hampered my complete plans at the beginning of the trip. DO NOT GO FOR THIS PROPERTY. THESE GUYS JUST WANT MONEY, AND GIVE THEIR OWN REASONS/POLICIES TO CANCEL ROOMS.
−Awful experience, mismanaged property with owner living elsewhere and some other person managing the property, who wants prepayment or else will cancel the room (even after booking.com tells them to abide by policy). They do not even pickup booking.com team’s calls because they are at fault, and do not want to admit any of it.
