“Way to expensive for the state it’s in”
+Nice outdoor area and a nice style - though it had seen better days.
−Unfortunately not very clean and and quite worn out. Looks like it had better times. Food was alright. Lots of holes in the table cloth. Very unfortunate for a winery is that they serve almost no wine by the glass. And they couldn’t tell anything about the wine - at least not in English.

“the worst hotel I've ever been”
−room was smelly, bath was smelly it was impossible to take a shower, bed was having strange noise because it was broken, everything on bed pillow and etc. was damaged and dirty. walls were to thin because we could hear neighbour having sex as if they were in our room.

“Very good”
+Rooms are nice. Near the airport. Nice dinner at a beautiful surrounding.
−No real parking space. We had to go looking for the breakfast nobody told us where it was (it's not in the same area as the dinner).

“Good wine but very poor hospitality and absence of information still there is potential”
+The property looks at first quite good surrounded by vineyards. The rooms are decent and clean, but there is no small fridge Property initiated contact but ….they tried but was not successful it had sign posts which are not so evident when driving but the main fault was the location links The jam and cheese in the breakfast please don’t serve this bad stale bread make your portions bigger and offer explanations communicate without your customers I know there is potentially a language barrier but goodwill can bridge the gap
−I want to clarify that I don’t have any bad intention but that was the last time I would let something slide I did it last year and this time I thought that the size of this business should be more attentive last year another business was not up to what they promised and I let them slide cause I felt sad for them but now this one is big and it is capable to be much better so here goes as people also wrote The property is a bit remote and when trying to find it by the booking.com link it does not correspond to the place indicated in Google maps nor when searched in Google again the location is close but not correct we had to search by name in Google. We were contacted by the property when we were arriving and we asked for directions as we did not speak Georgian or Russian the communication was unsuccessful I tried to ask several times and call them the call were rejected and the texts were not efficient as the language barrier prevented the efficient texting we needed finding the location but after frustration there are signs which are not easy to spot but the main problem are the links to the location it also leads to a dirt road which needs a 4x4 especially if it rains After the s

+We really enjoyed our stay here for the two nights. Very comfortable, beautiful scenery and a fabulous location for escaping the busy city. The reception staff were extremely helpful and did everything possible to accommodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The evening meal was delicious, very fresh and responsibly priced. Breakfast was also fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel, probably our favourite hotel during our time on Georgia.
