“Good place and clean but a kitchen upgrade definitely needed.”
+It was an a good part of London and clean.
−The kitchen part of the studio was disappointing. A new hob is definitely needed! Maybe if I’d waited 20 minutes or so for one to heat up it might have cooked my vegetables ….eventually!

+The location was good, next to a lot of amenities and public transportation.
−The place wasn't extremely clean, but not to an extent that I would say it was dirty.

“Good facilities! but items thrown away :(”
+very good value for money, good facilities and easy check in! location is very close to paddington station
−unfortunately, after our first night, we returned to the hotel to find our that during housekeeping, a number of our items had been removed/thrown away : ( this included our unopened food and juice that my daughter drinks as she refuses to drink anything else. very unfortunate, as we had to buy these again.

“It would have been better to pay 100-200 pounds more and stay in a hotel instead of staying here. This is not a suitable”
+Only the location is good, it’s close to the underground stations
−It is not clean at all; the bed and sheets were covered in hair, not ours. They only provided 5 bath towels for 5 people, and there were no separate hand towels. The building is extremely noisy; we stayed on the 2nd floor, and in the morning, you could even be woken up by the sound of footsteps from the person staying above us. The bed and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. We stayed for 5 nights, but were only entitled to request cleaning once.

+L’emplacement
