+For my purpose of sleeping there one night, it was perfectly fine. The room was clean and tidy. The location was good, right next to the metro that goes to the city center.
−One window in the room couldn't be closed and there were no curtains but a huge window, while my bed was right next to said window. Since it was summer, it didn't bother me too much. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but the staff can't do to much about people who can't hit the toilet. Also there were other clean bathrooms downstairs.

+The location is good . The stuffs are good.
−The place is too hot and they have ac in their room but they don't turn it on . They don't have slippers so bring your one. Also they don't have kitchen so you have to buy food by yourself.
