“Disappointing. Luxurious appearance, but the details that truly matter are neglected.”
+Breakfast was good, especially the syrniki. The location and the view were excellent.

The curtains did not fully cover the window, so daylight came in from around 7 AM and woke our baby. When we mentioned this, we were told it was intentional, but for us this is a limitation, not a feature. Guests who want daylight can simply open the curtains. “The place is overall very great, luxury and professtional, just had some technical drawbacks.”
+Excellent service and staff! The food was delicious!!!
−They did not heat the room before checkin, so it was very cold, almost 3 hours, until it became normal temperature. They also had internet issues and overall electricity issues.
