“Ideal for a group stay”
+The view!!! A very well stocked kitchen, nice little extras like breakfast laid out for us and cookies. Lots of blankets and pillows available, ensuite in every room. Very comfortable.
−Only very minor things - The soap dispensers in several of the showers were empty. We had some trouble with the oven, it kept turning off and the buttons had worn down so you didn't know what setting it was on. Partly user error I'm sure!

“Convenient, but hardly luxury.”
+The house was big enough to house our sports team for a tournament. It was great to all be in one space together. It was good having a bathroom each especially after a long day of sport.
−I’m not sure this listing should advertise “exclusive use of the property.” The owners live in the same house (with internal access which made us feel uneasy). There are quite a few rules that felt over the top, and we were asked to contact the owner each time we wanted to use the pool. We were also asked not to use the drier even though the listing states there is one. This was tricky considering we had 8 uniforms that needed drying by the next morning. One rule was to not cook any strong smelling foods, but every time we came back from tournament the house smelt very strongly of food cooked in the kitchen of his room next door. The owner was around during the day working in the garden, which felt awkward and like we had a lack of privacy. One day he mowed the lawns while we were out, and when we returned, one of the exterior window panes had shattered with a small circular impact mark. When we mentioned it, he insisted it wasn’t from the lawn mowing , though it clearly appeared to be. While the house is large, I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury.” It’s quite run-down, with ants in multiple rooms (including the kitchen), dead flies throughout, and several toilets that required effor

“Stunning home in wine district and great for large groups”
+There was ample breakfast provided for our group of 12. So many choices for tea and coffee. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had a wine fridge. The views were spectacular from the hillside.
−Very little not to like about this place. We had 5 motorbikes riden by experienced riders fortunately as the gravel drive up to the property was quite steep and uneven, but worth it for the views.

“Great place for our group of 10 for a hens party. Everyone was amazed by the place as it felt so luxurious!”
+Amazing villa with lots of things to do, we loved the pool and spa! The rooms were very generous and great to have an ensuite in every room
−We did find a few cockroaches in two of the bathrooms but that was it, probably just came in through the windows or something. Also the spa could have been warmer

“Great location and amazing views”
+We loved that all of the rooms had an ensuite and all couples could have their own private areas. The house was good for entertaining and the spa was great at the end of the day.
−We all felt that it was a bit weird that the owner could come into the house from internal doors into the lounge area and it felt like you had a lack of privacy.
