“No comfort”
+The owners need to be contactable; the property is not fenced as a result my car was parked next to my room but no fence at all. Which means thieves may take advantage of it.

“Our stay was amazingly beautiful and I would recommend this property.”
+It was like living in my apartment, we so free, welcome and also had so much fun without and disturbance and we loved the fact that the property is self catering. We like that the toilet are also insuit. Choose this property is one of my proudest decision and I would definitely go back.
−I didn't like the first impression of the property. It was like they forgot that they had guests coming.

+I arrived and no one was at the venue to receive me. I called the number repeatedly to no avail. I am wanting a full refund, as I needed to make alternative arrangements. Extremely unprofessional.

“Horrible. Never going back there, ever again!”

−1. The bed, oh my God 🤦♀️ horrible. Even in the rural areas we don’t have such horrible beds. 2. Second day, water was cold. Called the landlady, couldn’t reach her, only for her to deny this and said we might have opened the wrong tap 😡. 3. Netflix never worked. 4. Wifi password never given to us, “she thought” we had it. 5. Toilet lid wobbly. 6. No mat infront of the shower. 7. Doors creaking. 8. No cleaning service- she said her cleaner is weekend off. 9. Only 2 towels the whole weekend. 10. No-one at check-out, had to leave the key inside the room.

“I never stayed there”
+I never stayed there. I rang the bell about 3 times before the food was answered after about 10 minutes. The gentleman who answered had to call someone else. This person had to ring someone else who then informed us there were no accommodation for me. Thabo was nor around or available. He never answered my calls and never came back to me after leaving messages
