“Beautiful alps view”
+The alps view from the apartment was great. The apartment is well appointed with almost everything to make a comfortable stay. The staff was really polite and helpful, even assisted to make reservations for dinner place upon inquiring.
−Realised that the apartment does not have full length mirrors like most hotels do. It would be great to have one.

“Wonderful and memorable”
+Friendly and helpful staff. Nice area but low season so many places close. Need a car to get by. Will be good during high and ski season because of proximity to the gondola and ski lifts. Love the apartment layout.
−Concierge service could be longer rather than just from 9 am to 6 pm

+I had heard that the front desk would be unstaffed during the summer season, but both check-in and check-out were smooth and handled by staff, who even helped bring our luggage to the room. It was also really convenient to be able to contact the front desk not only by room phone but also through WhatsApp. The room had almost everything we needed for daily living, and we were able to fully relax as if we were at home. The lush green views from each room were absolutely beautiful and added to the peaceful atmosphere. Since the property is located right in front of the slopes, I’d love to come back during the winter season as well.

“Best room during our Japan stay (of 10 places we stayed)”
+This is a wonderful spot. It was the nicest of 10 places we stayed in the country. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms were new/modern, and kitchen and living areas were comfortable. The view is great. The washer/dryer were a bonus. Our only regret was not having more downtime to enjoy the place.

“Beautiful, Modern, Clean - will stay again!”
+Everything was fantastic! Beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, living room, bathrooms & kitchen. Nice views, especially from living room. Having in-room laundry was great. No one at reception desk, but the staff we saw (outside or cleaning the room) were super friendly and helpful.
−Nothing! We visited in green season (early April) so couldn't ski to/from the nearby lift, but we had a car - and it was only a minute drive to the gondola.

“Great place to stay, view of the slopes was fantastic”
+Great apartment and location. Property seems pretty new and has all the modern facilities.
−Location was abit out of the main town (1km) needed to catch Ubers everywhere. We were there end of April, believe there are shuttles during peak season however.

+Mountain Side had everything you could need. From amazing customer service to all the facilities. The complimentary shuttle was also great. The location was great - ski in and out.
+This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip!
