“Nice comfortable stay”
+The stay was very quite. It is away from the busyness of the town with little traffic on the road. In the mornings we saw elk walk through the property. Our cabin room was large and comfortable.
−The entrance for the cabin parking was not marked. We figured it out. Kitchenette area was a bit small. It's not really walking distance to anything, but that was okay, we knew this.

“Overall very happy, would definitely stay again”
+Location is great for a quick drive to RMNP avoiding Estes downtown traffic. Also very close to Estes if you don’t mind finding parking (which was not a problem for us early October/leaf season). Two breweries and plenty of restaurants right down the road. Estes is not really walkable from cabin. Easy access code given the day before you arrive. Spacious room with hot tub that we didn’t use. This was an odd thing for us having a hot tub in the corner of the room but i get it and can see it being a nice perk in colder months or for those who love hot tubs. Mule deer frequent the property and they are cool!!! Elk too i bet because they were just down the street but not at the cabins during our stay. Very comfortable bed.
−This will sound petty but… the toilet is tiny. Like a kid’s bathroom toilet. I’m not a big dude and it was not easy. Our room faced the back of a house, possibly the owners, so the view wasn’t great. The big pine does attract a ton of birds though which was nice. Probably a lot more if the feeder was filled. Deer could be the reason it wasn’t.

+The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The small kitchenette.
−I’d like the fact that it had a hot tub, unfortunately the hot tub was actually in the room, and the middle of the night the water would circulate making noise. Also, when you went away for a few hours and came back, you open the door, the room would smell like chlorine. The property itself is not all that scenic, but the rooms were nice.

“Lovely stay in a cozy cabin in the forest!”
+The location was beautiful and the cabin was very charming.
−The pillows were a bit lumpy, and the hot tub would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Once we unplugged it though it was fine.

“Great quiet place to stay and relax in your own indoor hot tub with great jets.”
+Quiet, cabin was so cute, had everything I needed for my overnight stay in Estes! I room hot tub was so amazing. Just what is needed after a day of hiking and walking around Estes! Family owned property. Owner was awesome. He Provided recommendations for food and drinks in town and directions. Outside on Property, had hanging swing, firepit, BBQ. When I went outside to see the stars and night, the small trees outside porch had nice white lights on them , cool solar lights along sidewalk that created a cool pattern on the lawn! Beautiful night views! Had a fabulous stay! Would definitely stay again !

“Aptly named cozy cabin!”
+Nice location on the southwest end of town, not a far drive from downtown Estes Park- about 5 mins. by car. Cabins were well-maintained and very clean. The bed was super comfortable (although really high so almost had to climb up into it (I am 5' 8) Nice kitchenette with complimentary coffee and bottled water. Very clear, frienddly and prompt communications from the time of booking, thorughout stay and follow-up afterward.
−Price was a little high but this is common for this area of Colorado. Unit was very cramped with the hot tub in it, not leaving much room for the chairs/coffee table in front of the TV. Because the hot tub is inside the unit, the smell of chlorine was really strong. This would not be a good place for asthmatics or anyone sensitive to the smell of chlorine.
