“I’ve already been suggesting this place to others!”
+Loved the property! It wasn’t right in the middle of town but still within walking distance to everything!
−There’s really nothing I can complain about

“Would not stay here again”
+The indoor pool and hot tub
−Located on main road of town. Room uncomfortable. Bed uncomfortable No bureau. Pictures in advertisements show the nice section of the hotel not the section we were in.

“Run from this Place !!!”
−We were basically lied to about our room and we were put into an ADA room ,that was dirty and clearly just haphazardly thrown together ! So my 100 percent disabled Veteran wife deemed it not to be worth staying. It was nasty inside that room . The advertising basically lied about how nice it was and on top of all that they charged $1571 for 2 nights. I knew that Jackson charges high for prime time and after looking at the pictures online, I thought it would be nice especially for my wife..... Gong ! So we left without staying at all and told the front desk 2 Hispanic women at the counter that it was very unacceptable and we'd need a refund ! They hemmed and Hawed over that and tried to say there'd be a fee . Well it took over a month to be fully reimbursed the full amount after their initial offering of $1300 ! We told them we'd give them to the end of the month and they better do the refund the full amount or litigation would ensue ! Amazingly the full amount was refunded ! But we went through a huge ordeal and run around and made my wife distraught enough that we'll never use booking .com ever again ! Our recommendation for this place is to RUN from it !

“Good quality for this price in Jackson”
+Great location in Jackson. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Cozy rooms.
−The parking lot space is difficult to find in the evening. A little bit noisy in rooms face to road.

+The room size is big enough for two, but may be a little small for four. One of the reasons I chose this place was that it is close to restaurants and other shopping.
−The toilet seat seemed too small for adults. The non-adjustable shower head is fixed at an angle which is not comfortable for people shorter than 5' 10".
