“Boutique hotel in name only: understaffed, lacking basic services, and beware of your room choice.”
+The hotel is well located next to a lake.
−We stayed two nights in the white building, in room 24, located on the ground floor. The room size was average, and it had four windows, but there was a complete lack of privacy in the room: The bathroom window faced directly onto the parking lot, so whether you were brushing your teeth, using the toilet, or taking a shower, anyone could see you unintentionally; consequently, the curtain had to be closed. Another window faced the building's entrance hallway, so any guest entering or leaving could see into the room, and that window was also covered. In conclusion, the fact that almost anyone in the surrounding area could see you directly through the window was a major concern and means that whether it’s day or night all the curtains in the room should be drawn. As for housekeeping, forget about it,there isn’t any. This is stated in the information leaflet provided in your room. No one will come in to clean the bathroom or make the bed during your stay. There is a shelf next to the stairs where spare towels are left, so you can help yourself if you need more. That is all. The breakfast has a lot of room for improvement. There is only one cooker, a man who was the same person in charg
