“Espectacular 😍”
+This is a really nice hotel in the mountain hill of Ella. It has excellent views of the valley, you can also see the train passing by and the sunrise. The rooms are wooden with nice balconies. The room is clean and cozy and the beds are comfortable. They serve a big delicious breakfast and they are really kind and helpful. They really made our stay really pleasant. It's a place we definitely recommend.

“Love nature - stay here”

−No disturbance , the host Anush was very good and prepared a nice breakfast for us. Overall, it’s amazing value for money away from the hustle bustle

“Nice small hotel hidden in the trees”
+Great small hotel with great views on the valley. Friendly staff. Easy to walk straight to Ella Rock via Kitha Ella station
−No food option so need to use nearby restaurant. Further away from the centre so need to consider taxi rides to o move around.

“Lovely”
+We really enjoyed staying at Mountain Face Inn. We couldn’t wish for more - the place was stunning. It was very clean and the views were amazing. We had a lovely breakfast included. Anush was so helpful! We loved him, he was very nice and took us to all of the places that we wanted to see. He was so nice and you could see that he is passionate about what he’s doing. Would recommend this place 100%, it’s a hidden gem!

“great stay”
+staff here are so lovely, they couldn’t do more to accommodate us one example being when we arrived they prepared us a lunch so we didn’t have to go into town after travelling all day. view is amazing and we loved the private balcony with table, chairs and even a mini swing - absolutely perfect for just chilling out. breakfast was plentiful, the espresso coffee is charged as an extra but is made really well so worth it.
−the location from town is a little far but the host arranged tuk tuks at a very reasonable price and they were always readily available at the drop of a message, they even dropped us at the station free of charge on our departure. there are also a few restaurants within walking distance, the one we tried even had a pool table which was a nice touch instead of venturing into town.

“Breathtaking location and superb hospitality”
+We loved everything! Family with 2 teens, stayed in the cabana (Superior Double room with Mountain View) which was perfect for us. The views are breathtaking. It really is a special location - a short tuk tuk ride from busy Ella, it's quiet and peaceful. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom's balconies was a treat. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and great proper coffee, again served with a view. Anush was a standout host. He went above and beyond, not only at the accomodation, but in helping to track down and return a lost bag at our previous location. Even a week after we left, he was still helping with the unreliable courier situation. The cabana is new and has just what you need.
−Wifi was a bit hit and miss but it was being worked on.

“Fabulous”
+What a beautiful place to stay. Wonderful friendly staff. Amazing views. Fantastic breakfast. Fresh coffee and tea always available. If you decide to go here look at the cabana it’s so beautiful.

+The entrance to the balcony of the apartment is breathtaking. The view is amazing. It’s clean and well taken care of. The chairs on the balcony are really nice. It’s pretty quiet at night yet fairly close to nice restaurants, city center, and most importantly various sights and activities. The biggest compliment goes out to the staff though. They are so welcoming and helpful. 10/10. Can’t recommend this place enough !

“A welcoming homestay with great views”
