“We have raved about it to friends and family.”
+We loved everything about this place, it was super clean with beautiful, lush surroundings and spectacular views. The lodge was a wonderful surprise with a piano, game tables, and an industrial kitchen for use by the guests. We booked this while on the road, so we had no idea what to expect. It was a delight.
−The Wi-Fi was spotty in our room, but it was fine in the lodge if needed. There is no cell signal.

+The place is absolutely beautiful. So comfortable and compared to all the locations around the area priced unbeatable. My husband and i will be returning and bringing our kids next time.

“Quaint, peaceful, clean, & beautiful!”
+We LOVED our time here. It felt like a good ole mom & pop Bed n’ Breakfast. The setting was so serene and peaceful. I loved the communal feel of the main lodge and how many things were off the honor system. The rooms were very clean and well updated. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
−Having at least one person on staff in person to answer any questions would have been nice.

+This is off the beaten path so be prepared and stock up on snacks/food before you get there. I stayed in Pisgah and the room was very spacious, ridiculously clean (cleaner than many of the nice chain hotels I have stayed at), and super cute. It came with a white noise machine that was needed as you can hear your neighbors (I heard mine snoring). There is parking right next to the cabin. WiFi worked great. The biggest *complaint* was I never saw the resident dogs. I was looking forward to petting them!

+Beautiful view. You can enjoy the outdoors even at night with all of the lighting. The main lodge was great as well. Bought a couple of souvenirs via PayPal as well. Next time, we're definitely staying at the Winter Star cabin though. Nothing wrong with the Piscah cabin, just would have preferred the view of the Winter Star better.
−Really nothing to complain about. The floorboards squeaked a bit in the living room? The leather sofa was noisy?
