“Paradise in the midst of the beautiful Ceder mountains.”
+Incredible place in the middle of the beautiful Ceder Mountains. Probably one of the nicest and most comfy ones we’ve ever been. Staff is super nice, kitchen fantastic. Cottage is everything you dream off including open fire and comfy bed.
−Everything is just perfect!

“A welcoming peaceful place where time stands still”
+A very peaceful and ancient setting in a valley which feels millions of years old. Was very relaxing just to sit outside and absorb it all with a glass of wine. Definitely the place to come to unwind and chill in comfort. We intend to return.
−Nothing, everything was excellent... To fill up the question box the only thing to watch is it's a rather bumpy access road to our cabin but that's nature in a location like this.

“Lovely stay in secluded area”
+I stayed at Scorpius, one of the glamping hideaways. Super comfy, and I loved the chill-out hammock and the hot tub. Great views of nature and, despite the three-sided floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of privacy thanks to the good distance from the other accommodation. I walked to a waterfall with a natural pool (the water was very cold!) and to a viewpoint with a 360° panorama. Both are on the private concession, and I had them completely to myself. Swimming in the river just off the main area was another refreshing way to cool off. Friendly and helpful staff and tasty food rounded off a truly great stay!
−Just a reminder: The hideaways currently don’t have a braai or a kitchen, so I’d recommend opting for dinner and arranging it in advance. And one veeeeeery minor thing to look into: The path to the waterfall was perfectly signposted. However, if you’re taller than 1.7-1.8 m, you’ll need to crouch quit a bit to get through the vegetation towards the end. Maybe this section could be cleared a little.

“The best place for some rest and relaxation!”
+I loved the location, it’s quiet and peaceful. Great for a get away from city life
−Love that there’s no noise, one might hear the sound of sheep or cattle or even a dog guiding the sheep

“We had an unforgettable stay at Mount Ceder.”
+Beautiful scenery with in reach of the Ceder Mountains. The restaurant served exellent food. We picked up trouble with a burst tire on the road and Mount Ceder staff were very helpful.
−When I booked on your website it did not make it very clear that we booked a chalet that has a fully equiped kitchen.
