“Very Disappointing Experience - Poor Hospitality and Disrespectful Behaviour”
−Very Disappointing Experience - Poor Hospitality and Disrespectful Behaviour We recently stayed at this property after booking through Booking.com, where no advance payment was required at the time of booking. However, the owner, Gaurav Khanna, repeatedly called us and insisted on advance payment. On the day of check-in, Gaurav was not present, but his father assisted us with the check-in process and was very polite and helpful. The following morning, we were in a hurry to visit a temple when Gaurav arrived and started asking us to check out. We explained that we would return before the check-in time to change clothes, as we did not want to be late. However, he continued insisting on extra payment and we have to keep our luggage in common area and leave. Then demanded the remaining payment as well, even though our luggage was still at the property. We left our luggage in the common area and returned at around 11:15 AM. The owner's father had left and asked his daughter to hand over the keys. Unfortunately, she refused to let us use the room to change because it had already been cleaned. Instead, she directed us to a corridor with no lights or fan, saying, "It is enough to change he

“Total fraud and unproffesional owner”
−Owner's nature, behaviour and client dealing was totally poor and unprofessional. We paid him in advance, which was our biggest mistake we made during the trip. No hospitality. My sister was also travelling along with me and we had total disastrous experience. **DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOU ARE GETTING FREE STAY. I AM GOING TO FILE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN CONSUNER COURT

“Un séjour paisible et coloré”
+L’emplacement était parfait ! L’accueil de la famille de Gaurav est idéal pour se sentir à l’aise dans la ville. L’hôte est très aidant. La chambre est calme et spacieuse, je recommande +++
