+The layout was good.
−The whole place stank of bleach. The bleach wasn't cleaned out properly and damaged clothes because of it. No cutlery or plates and we had to ask reception. Not a lot of windows and a lot of hoons around the place.

“Location to 3 sisters.”
+The location to 3 sisters (no car fee) and Wentworth falls, even Blackheath, was the best thing. Cost was reasonable too. Room was motel style and adequate. Smart tv appreciated . Was quiet. Nothing fancy but good for short stay.
−They forgot to freshen room one night - but towels easily got from staff

“Dissapointing. The weather couldn't be helped but hot showers are a minimal expectation.”
+The room was spacious, beds were comfortable enough, was clean enough, view through the big windows would have been good had it not been foggy.
−Cold showers!!!! After a long day of driving and arriving at a cold foggy location, all you want is a nice warm shower but the water was not even lukewarm. I'd describe it as tepid at best. Cold room! I realise that these days you have to balance energy consumption with comfort but the room was cold and couldn't put the heating up higher. Too much light from the carpark windows. The room was lit up like a christmas tree at night from the two small high windows on the carpark side. Not great for sleeping.

+Bed was comfortable
−No clock radio, the fridge was a wine fridge, the toilet was way too small and it was flush against the vanity unit. Although the shower head was great, once you were lathered up, the floor was very slippery. The toilet/bathroom wasn't very wide.

“Disappointing stay”
+Convenient location for the Echo Point Lookout and view of the Three Sisters.
−The room was described as “Deluxe” and a “Family Queen” but it was a standard Queen room and so didn’t meet expectations. The mattress was very soft and decor needs updating.

“Complete waste of money, ruined our time away.”
+Nothing extremely not value for money.
−The property was not as portrayed as described on Booking.com. Was not clean, old furniture, dead bugs on the ceilings, especially the bathroom and a bed as old as the original motel.

+Location and communication was fantastic
−Internet was a bit dodgy so couldn't watch the TV and the toilet didn't flush properly
