“Charm on a Shoestring”
+The location is excellent, 15 minutes from the main street, with various bus stops, nice cafes in the area, a supermarket opened 7/24 hours. The place is in the 1st floor. Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms has good AC, bathtub, comfortable bed, TV with amazon prime, good Wifi (even for work purposes), a small fridge and a kettle.
−There was a major issue with the toilet, nonetheless the staff was very helpful and tried to fix it while offering a complementary breakfast (a room change would have been better), however, I can't complain because of the price was very good.

+One of the best looking rooms, gives you nice feeling for your stay. Lady from the property was very helpful.
−Its a bit old already and things were broken (like drawer doors), missing dishes (only two small cups for coffee and one spoon), tv controller wasnt responding. But everything you need was working properly, mainly AC, water, lights etc… We had pretty nice stay in there.

−La propreté pourrait être améliorée (sol qui colle devant le frigo, miroir en bois moisi sur la baignoire) Pas de verres à vin ni de vaisselle (juste 2 flûtes, 1 verre à eau) même pas de petite cuillère. Pas de tire bouchon Une bouteille d'eau serait sympa Machine à café qui fuit

−Pessimo odore di vecchio e stantio che non davano nel complesso una idea di pulizia. Mobili visibilmente malandati e poca cura nei particolari con qualche pezzo nuovo (la vasca) in mezzo ad una accozzaglia di "rigatterie" mal restaurate che davano la sensazione di un ambiente kitsch di Pessimo gusto. Impianto idraulico ed elettrico fai da te con uso di tubi in rame a vista ricoperti di vernice dorata e fili di piattina che davano una sensazione di approssimazione e poca sicurezza. Mancanza di prese vicino al letto.. Per caricare il cellulare ho dovuto staccare la presa della TV. Doccia e bagno claustrofobici con la stessa sensazione di qualcosa di vecchio e sporco ricoperto di carta da parati scollata. Zona rumorosissima per il continuo passaggio di autovetture.
