−I had a very distressing experience at this accommodation. At around 3 a.m., the key broke in the lock, leaving me stranded outside in torrential rain, alone and unable to access the room I had paid for. Despite contacting the host immediately, no practical assistance was offered until the morning. I only managed to get inside around 6:30 a.m., thanks to a neighbour who opened the building door. To make matters worse, the host is now demanding €70 for the broken key and has made inappropriate assumptions about my state of intoxication based on 3 empty beer bottles in the room, rather than addressing the lack of assistance and the circumstances of the incident. I understand that accidents happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I did not feel supported or safe, and I would not recommend this accommodation.

+The location of the property is just perfect, close to the Colosseum, as well as shops and restaurants.The property is very spacious, clean, and has pretty much everything you need.Communication with Federica and Nestor was 10 out of 10.They kept me informed and updated with all the information I needed well in advance

“Short weekend stay in Rome, low cost flights and great accommodation.”
+Great location, 2 stops from Termini station. With shops and restaurants close by but in a quiet neighbourhood. The room had everything we needed, fridge, kettle, air conditioning and of course private bathroom. Excellent room, plenty of room and smartly furnished.

“Very good value stay at a central location near the coloseum, equipped with lots of amenities.”
+Very good location (close to the Coloseum, good neighborhood), equipped with lots of amenities like washing machine, shampoo, tea, cooking oil, aluminum foil, etc. We didn't see anyone else during our stay, so it felt private as it is a shared kitchen. Doors and elevators felt like we were in a vintage movie.
−No soap holder in the shower, the staff walked in to our room with their shoes on, noisy air conditioner.

“Un séjour au top, depuis l'appartement nous avons pu tout faire à pied.”
+Chambre dans un petit immeuble idéalement placé (à peine 15 minutes du Colisée à pied). Petite kitchenette hyper pratique pour un court séjour. Salle de bain parfaite. Propreté irréprochable. Accueillies par Nestor qui a été d'une gentillesse et de bons conseils. Certes la chambre est petite mais elle est parfaitement équipée et confortable, avec 2 fenêtres et la clim. L'appartement est au 4ème étage mais avec ascenseur. Pour ceux qui n'aiment pas marcher, il y a les bus, le métro et le tram à quelques mètres. Nous recommandons mille fois l'endroit.
