“Poor, overpriced accommodation.”
+Lovely pool area, pool not the cleanest, but still nice.
−-No air-conditioning -bed linnen was 100% polyester this combined with no air-conditioning, made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. -Apartment not cleaned at all during our stay, also, rubbish not collected even though we followed instruction booklet which said to leave rubbish outside the apartment.Rubbish was left outside for 3 days ,and still was there as we departed on the last day. --smoke detector missing in main room. -no reception or meeting host in person which we always prefer. With some accommodation sites, it is acceptable to leave the key in a lockbox. We feel with booking.com this is impersonal for this level and price of accommodation. Overall, this apartment was priced way too high for the service, location, facilities and quality of apartment.The property summary states beachfront Location which it is not. We felt it was not maintained well.

“We had a lovely time in this great villa, the pros definitely outdid the cons.”
+Nice spacious villa, main bedroom and en-suite are lovely, location was fine for us because we had a car. Outside space and pool area is lovely.
−Bed in 2nd bedroom was not comfortable and for us we found the stairs to upstairs bedroom precarious. Freezer did not work. It was exceptionally hot while we were there so we missed having any air con or fans.

“An average place to stay on Lagos outskirts.”
+The property felt safe and secure because it is in a walled plot. A small, but very pleasant pool area. Safe for children.
−A bit of a walk out of Lagos centre to get to. Never met the owners, so couldn't let them know about lights not working in the apartment. A bit impersonal really. Starting to need redecorating and some tlc.

+Everything is very nice and comfortable feels like home hosts are very responsive when you text them they reply fast, one of best holidays. Stayed with children and hired a car, was easy to get everywhere. Best experience can recommend!

+Everything was great, the apartments are very nice and relaxing with a nice pool area.
−The place is close to everything (by car) but it is a bit in the middle of a dirt road, which can be good if you want to feel a bit secluded.

“Eigentlich sehr schöne Unterkunft”
+Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal hier, da es uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hatte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, auf einem Hügel am Rande von Lagos, von wo aus man einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer hat. Gerade in den Abendstunden ist das sehr schön. Die Umgebung ist an sich ruhig und man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten in der Stadt oder am nächstgelegenen Strand. Von den Apartments im EG ist man direkt am sehr schön angelegten Pool.
−Leider haben während unseres Aufenthalts einige Sachen nicht so gepasst, wie wir es uns für diesen Preis vorgestellt hätten. - Zum einen war das Zimmer beim Check-In leider nicht wirklich sauber. Es lagen viele Haare herum und auch der Bettbezug war dreckig. - Am zweiten Tag ist die Toilette nicht mehr richtig abgelaufen. Es wurde sich jeweils schnell darum gekümmert, trotzdem natürlich ärgerlich. - Am dritten Tag war der eigentlich klare Pool plötzlich sehr trüb eingefärbt und es stimmte hier wohl etwas mit dem PH-Wert/ Chlor nicht mehr. Diesen haben wir ab dann nicht mehr genutzt. Nach Meldung an die Vermieterin, wurde hier dann wohl jemand beauftragt danach zu schauen. Darüber hinaus wird die im ersten Stock gelegene Wohnung seit diesem Jahr auch vermietet (vor zwei Jahren lebte hier noch der damalige Eigentümer). Laut Vermieterin wird diese Wohnung aufgrund der Größe hauptsächlich von Gruppen gemietet. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte das zur Folge, dass eine entsprechende Gruppe leider sehr laut war (auch nachts) und auch den fast kompletten Pool-Bereich eingenommen hat.
