+Nice place and cool building.
−Breakfast was off site, good food but had to buy our own coffee. (Free coffee was at the hotel)

“Beautiful old hotel with tons of personality and great staff .”
+Location was excellent-- getting around by walking and exploring was easy. Rosie's was great for breakfast too.
−The elevator was down and for both nights it was going to be fixed in the AM and was not. Better to say "within a week"?

“Cute historic hotel in great location with nice common areas for seating.”
+The bed was comfy, we appreciated the breakfast and also, the common areas and 24/7 coffee/tea
−Some of the room was in need of refreshing such as around the tub caulking. Also, the blinds did not work properly. Staff were fine. Check in was good, but one of the day staff was not particularly helpful

“Historic building with great rotunda”
+Great location. Even though we couldn’t arrive on the scheduled date due to the cancellation of our flight they didn’t change for that night. We loved the interior of the building.
−Train noise all through the night

“International tourists not welcome and beware security deposit scam”
+Motel was in an excellent location and beutifully equipped. Room was large and beutifully furnished.
−1. Humiliated by reception staff as they refused to accepted credit card as security as our bank was not American. If booking.con hadn't already taken money from our account, they were refusing to have us. 2. They have not refunded security. 3. Unprofessional and scammed us out of "security"

“Good hub for work trip”
+This room was comfortable and well appointed. I love the atmosphere of historic but updated. I was able to access easily via a bus from the airport. Staff was ok. They checked me in and out but did not help beyond the basics. I appreciated the comfortable, spacious place to get work done and rest easily.
