“Good location, good complimentary breakfast every morning”
+The stuff are very nice and the location is the best you are in the middle and walking distance to almost everything,.
−The rooms needs some upgrade and maintenance our air conditioning stop Working the first day and we had to sleep in another room till it gets fixed, our shower also wasn’t working properly and because it was weekend it didn’t get fixed till after 2 days. The room need some maintenance

“Wonderful place to stay, very clean, very friendly, very accessible would definitely stay there agai”
+The room was very clean. The amount of space was adequate for what we needed. Access to and from was easy from the alley. Staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and informative. Air conditioner worked great during the hot weather we experienced in the 90s.
−Had some difficulty getting into to room section after eleven o'clock one evening. We were not told how to operate the locking door handle.

−There was no option for an actual key or key card. Instead, they sent an email to me for a cellular key. The only way to open the main door to the hotel/apartment was through your phone. I was skeptical of it. I came back at around midnight and it was not working. I tried to call the hotel desk code and no one answered. I had to wait outside until someone else came out of the building.

+The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere and there is bus stop 2 min far from the hotel. This was our second time in Monti First and they improved a lot. The staff are very kind and helpful. I love the cakes they leave at the room reception for all guests. The rooms are good, not to spacious, but it is very good. I loved to say there and will return soon.

“Buena ubicación. Mal wifi y dificil de ingresar.”

−Cuesta el ingreso, encontrar cual es el hotel y les pedimos que nos agreguen shampoo y no lo hicieron. El wifi no andaba bien.

“Hospedaje Recomendado”
+Excelente ubicación, cerca del Coloseo, Fontana di Trevi y demás sitios de interés. Todos los días arreglan la habitación, muy fácil el check in y check out. El personal muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.
−La ducha es un espacio muy pequeño y algo incómodo. La habitación que nos tocó se sentía ruido de la circulación en el pasillo.

“Muito bom custo benefício.”
+Quarto bem grande, bem confortável, disponibilizam um berço para minha bebê. Muito aconchegante. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Janela com blackout automatizado perfeita para quem não consegue dormir com iluminação. O que mais amamos é a localização, hotel perto de tudo, tem ponto de ônibus na frente, possibilitando ir para lugares um pouco mais longe como o Vaticano. Mas o restante da cidade fizemos tudo ape, fica bem no centro. Em baixo tem cafés, gelateria e um BK.
−A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, os cantos da parede tinha até amarrador de cabelo empoeirado de algum outro hóspede. De restante, gostando muito.

−A cama de casal é uma junção de camas de solteiro, então o vinco no meio delas fica bem notável durante a noite.
