+Beautiful garden, outside the city
−Location is not ok without car, the main road to the city is on the street with cars. Basic room, without a wardrobe

“Enjoyed every moment of it😊”
+We loved the location, the building, the gardens and staff. Gloria prepared a lovely breakfast with the best capuccino. We highly recommend Monte Simeone.

“Secluded location”
+A secluded location with a beautiful sea view. The room was basic but very clean, and communication with Gloria was very good. Breakfast could offer more variety, especially for guests staying several days.

+Tutto perfetto. A presto!
−Nulla. Tutto perfetto.

“Przyjemny ale bez rewelacji”
+Położenie.
−Bardzo monotonne śniadanie. Codziennie to samo półmisek z wędlinami, ser mozzarella, dżemik .

“Three wonderful days”
+We had three great days at the particular place. The estate was 10 min away from the centre of Polignano which was amazing as it was very quiet and private. The landscaping was great and the breakfast was made with local produsts and love. Sitting outside in the quiet, cool night under the pine trees was wonderful. Gloria, the owner, was easily accesible, spoke English very well and extremely friendly .So was her family and her staff. Looking forward to comming back!
−The small road leading to the main gate should be asphalt as there is a lot of dust. Also the provision of a washing machine could be very helpful for the guests.
