+Parking lot, staffs
−It used to be very clean when I visited many times before, but this time, instead of deluxe or double room, I chose family room located at GF, the room didn’t have a fridge, shoes were used without replacing new ones for me, there were spiders and spider web, ants, the bed covers were not clean that I could see there were stains on it, the bathroom looked unclean. Hmm, quite disappointing this time. Hope the hotel improves their cleanliness from now on.

“Windowless Room very Stuffy”
−This hotel is cheap and priced about right. The main issue was that I booked a Deluxe room as advertised and when I checked in the reception advised that I had a standard room without any windows. I showed the booking and she acted as if I should have known the room had no windows. There is nothing in the description about these rooms not having any windows. If I had know it was a windowless room I would never have booked it. They are sneaky and clearly hiding this fact in their listing, so I give it zero stars and will never stay there again. I don't like being cheated like that. If the rooms don't have WINDOWS then make that very clear in the advertising instead of hiding the fact then pretending like I somehow should know this. Very dishonest. The room was dark and stuffy with no ventilation except for the a/c and door to the hallway.

“Decent hotel with nice staff.”
+Nice staff, big, spacious and clean room. Close to the train station. The hotel has 2 pools but we didn’t have time to try them.
−Far away from the city, stores and restaurants. Although receptionist offered to arrange tuctuc to the city centre.

“Bien hotel. Mal servicio”
+La habitación. Amplia y luminosa

E algumas formigas invadiram a minha mochila.
