“A clean and comfortable suite in a location perfect for exploring the city.”
+A super location, within walking distance of train station, Royal Mile, and the Castle. Suite comfortable and bathroom and kitchen well-stocked. We appreciated being a couple of doors down from a grocery store also.
−Site has a bus stop right in front of the door, which made it tricky to get in and out of the building if crowded. Noise from the street made it difficult to sleep, especially on the corner of the building. [Ear plugs provided, but we also had to close all windows to reduce noise.]

−Steep stairs, there is No lift. Third floor sloped ceilings made for difficult movement even for someone of average height Fairly noisy

“I would def come back but they gotta fix the communication issues.”
+To be honest location was good, safety and security. Room was very good size and comfy.
−Communication was very bad. They gotta understand that sometime foreigners also come here with no modern technologies experience. It took me an hour to find the hotel because it was right at the bus stop and there was no big sign. Only written down on the door and the door were covered by bus riders. Then I called may be 10 times to the number provided and someone answer and I thought I should be just able to get in but no it was locked and I called again like 20 times no answer then I got the WhatsApp text with the instructions. I’m very happy with everything except the communication was terrible. Someone should be always there to answer with a phone for issues like this. Not via WhatsApp texts.
