“Good comfortable stay with a best value for money”
+The room is very comfortable and very well done for a single person. There is a good office table and a chair with an excellent broadband connection. Also just about 15mins walk to the city Centre

“Cosy room, lovely stay!”
+Cosy, lovely decor, comfy pillows and lovely bedding. Nice office chair and desk to work on. Enough storage space and great attention to detail (i.e. water jug and glass, some spare toiletries if you’ve forgotten yours). Nice and clean room and toilet/shower. It provided everything I needed and it was all in working order! Very happy with the room. Kitchen was fine though I didn’t use it for cooking. Used kettle and toasters, plenty of mugs and dishes if needed.
−A very minor comment and an easy fix. It was fine for me as I’m very short but a taller person might have a problem with it, hence the comment. The shower head holder needs tightening a little as it’s loose and if someone is very tall, they would have to hold it. But that’s all. It’s not even a complaint!

“Exceptional”
+I really felt at home during my stay, the house was quiet and very comfortable. I liked the location being very close to a lot of interesting eateries and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Bella was really friendly and helpful.

−Location is not ideal even though close to city Center, this specific area of the city is not as well taken care of as other areas in the city.

+The room was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough. A true gem!

+A lovely comfortable and high-quality bed/mattress and relaxing and well-furnished bedroom. Bella was very proactive and responsive, helping with everything from parking arrangements to offering late checkout. I appreciated having a kitchen with all basic amenities for cooking. Finally, I found the existing (permanent) house residents to be friendly and welcoming.
−This was a great stay and the property exceeded my expectations. The only improvements would be to introduce a few more kitchen utensils like cafetière, scissors and cork screw.
