“Great choice for younger people visiting campus who can’t afford higher end hotel rooms.”
+Great value, very satisfied especially given it being cheapest listing surrounding campus
−Do bring a comforter of your own if you would like one; only sheets and thinner blankets provided. Also the photos should definitely be updated for this listing as they undersell it and don’t even show the bathroom which was quite nice given no info provided.

+It was super secure and the bed was so comfy. Very quiet surroundings, and a lot of privacy. I also liked all the kitchen tools and accessories they had.

“Value for money accoommodation in Eugene, Oregon”
+It was good value for money. Easy to find. Clean. A supermarket within walking distance, air-conditioned, a park on the opposite side of the road, a reserved parking space.
−On the smallish side. For us it was fine but for a big person it might feel claustrophobic. Missed a stove top.

“Small but clean and comfortable, everything I needed”
+Soft bed, good air conditioner, lots of electric outlets. Good signs outdoors; I had no trouble finding it. Really appreciated the host contacting me and answering all my questions before I got there
−I don't mean to be greedy--it was great--but a minifridge in the kitchen area would have been helpful. I used the microwave and really liked that.

“Cozy and comfy”
+The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close enough to everything to be convenient, but still on a quiet street.
−Never did figure out the parking. Either there aren't enough spaces for the rooms or someone was not where they were supposed to be. Numbered and assigned parking spaces would have been great.

+Cozy and cute. Close to downtown.
−No hand soap in bathroom. Very strong smelling chemicals under sink in small room gave me a headache. I had to put them outside.

“Cute, small studio in good location”
+Cute little location close to everything I needed. Loved the addition of a sound machine by the bed as the location is on a fairly busy road. I appreciated the tea kettle and tea. All communication was very clear.
−I'm not sure if it was a mistake but there was no soap in the bathroom or shower. Dawn was provided for dishes but I wasn't keen on using that as a body wash so I had to purchase soap.
