+Location is good, swimming pool and restaurant onsite were nice.
−Beds were uncomfortable. Accommodation held onto an unpleasant cooking smell which was the first thing that greeted us at the door. Accommodation was clean until you move furniture.

+The reception woman was amazing after we had a bad day when we had a major power cut and we had to vacate our self-catering apartment

+The hotel is located in a very picturesque area. The room was very spacious, clean, and warm. There is a swimming pool with warm water, as well as a sauna. We really liked the hotel and would love to visit again

“Nice resort but bad timing for this visit.”
+The room was lovely, I had to move from the first room which unfortunately had a very strong smell. Enjoyed the pool facilities.
−No hot water and no warning of this, I did get a small discount but there was really no explanation as to how this could have been handled better. Could have done without the stress of trying to figure it out!

“Hospitable and gorgeous”
+The property is spacious and clean. We loved the pool and surrounding walks - highly recommend the restaurant as well!
−We had bad luck with a water pipe bursting so we left a night early, but we’ve been offered another stay, so we are so grateful!

“Extremely disappointing experience - not what you expect from a 4-star hotel”
+The breakfast and the beds.
−Extremely disappointing experience - not what you expect from a 4-star hotel We were extremely disappointed with our stay. When we checked in late in the afternoon, we were informed that the hotel had been without running water since earlier that day due to a problem. The first major disappointment was that nobody had warned us in advance, even though the issue had started hours earlier. Had we been informed, we would at least have had the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. The only thing initially offered to us was bottled drinking water. We were unable to shower or flush the toilet, and we were told we could collect a large container of water from reception to flush the toilet manually. Since our room was around 200 metres from reception and the container was too heavy to carry, we had to ask them to bring it to our room. We were initially told that the problem was expected to be resolved by 6 pm, but that deadline passed without any solution. The water was only restored late that evening, and we found out by calling reception ourselves, as nobody bothered to update us. To make matters worse, we were told that the sauna facilities were still operating, which turned out

“Good apart from sleep”
+The resort was great and the activities for the kids were so good
−There was no water, no showers - not their fault but still not ideal. The beds were so uncomfortable the mattress’s really need replaced in our lodge, not a great night sleep with the added of no water was a dampener
