+Large room and bathroom, good location 20 min walk to the beach next to a very good bakery, quiet area so expect excellent sleep, in addition the host was very kind and responsive
−Unpleasant moldy smell in the room that did not go away with leaving doors and windows open to air out

+It was great! The apartment was clean and tidy. Good repair, beautiful furniture and everything you need for life. I especially liked the terrace and solarium. The owners helped with everything and responded quickly to all requests.
−The hosts care about safety, so you have to cut your food with a plastic knife, which is not very convenient. Also, there is no dishwashing detergent and no corkscrew. This is the only thing that can be fixed, everything else was great.

“Great stay with nice location. I would recomend it for familly stay or couple stay”
+Proprety is clean and near by bakery (10 steps away), shop and gelateria. Near by is also nice restaurant Franco just few steps away from bakery. The beach is not near by, but it is easy approachable 15 min away by easy walk. Beach is also approachable by bus no. 87 which has a bus stop in front of property. The bus is free of charge durring the summer and it takes you directly to beautiful beach.
−Maybe hand towel to be added. But not such a thing, host gave us one upon request.

+It is a 20 mins walk from the beach so it’s comfortable and out of the busy area. There is a fridge and the solarium is nice. The hosts are very responsive and we’re flexible.
−There is a conjoining door between the rooms (we stayed in room 2) and you can hear absolutely everything from the people next door (even when toilet is used), this really decreases a sense of privacy and makes it quite uncomfortable. From the beginning of our stay there were many many ants all in the room. We thought maybe it was our fault so we did a huge cleaning and nothing changed. They were coming in through the plug socket and the cracks in the skirting. There is no laundry detergent so machine is useless for a shorter stay. No privacy to the toilet, only a blind to separate, which has a weird mechanism that takes a long time to close so not practical to do each time.

+Надані інструкції щодо заїзду та передування були чіткими, спілкування з власником дуже приємним, на всі питання надавалися оперативні відповіді. Апартаменти чисті, гарний WIFI, парковка на вулиці безкоштовна, в період нашого перебування завжди були місця. До магазина CONAD CITY 7хв пішки, до пляжа 20-25хв, але ми їздили на авто, парковка була всього 5Є за день ( мабуть кінець сезона).
−В цілому перебування сподобалось, це гарний варіант! Нам не вистачало електро чайника і мікрохвильовки, також бажано доставити тумбочку у ванну кімнату, для зручності розкладання особистих речей

+Tutto molto curato, pulito e profumato. La struttura è nuova e molto confortevole. Gli host sono gentili e pronti a rispondere a ogni domanda. Nonostante la mancanza di un parcheggio privato, è facile trovare posto nella zona circostante. Il solarium con vista mare rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole
