“Moletani”
+Beautiful sights the uncle checked on us and took us for a personal ride which we only saw golden wildbeests, giraffes, lion bucks, cows. . Janika waited up for us on the first night while we were delayed by traffic and got lost with the GPS on the way there. Janika did put a camp cot for baby which was a nice touch.
−. The braai/Boma is high to climb on then gotta sit there for a while cz you do not want to climb up and down the hole time. Swimming pool was out of order, no game drive and no bar facility to accommodate for beverages and ice. We had to drive in 12 km to modimolle to get something. The house is in nature but requires fumigation due to bugs and spiders as I got bitten by a bug from the straw roof. No entertainment for kids Would've loved to see the other animals Toilet seat kept on moving Shower did not work, portable handheld shower was broken when we entered no changes made. Could not accommodate with another double bed

−Hi Ma'am, I'm the lady who visited your place yesterday. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with my experience. The bedding, including the pillows, had a strong unpleasant smell and appeared unclean. It gave the impression that the linen had not been properly washed or replaced between guests. As a result, I was unable to enjoy my stay. Even after returning home, I had to wash all my clothes because they had absorbed the smell. I also noticed that the shower door was broken, which is a serious safety concern. It could easily injure a child or another guest. Your facilities clearly need maintenance, and hygiene standards need urgent attention. I believe it is unfair to charge guests for accommodation that does not meet basic standards of cleanliness and safety. If I were in your position, I would seriously consider refunding guests who have had such an experience. My intention is not to be rude but to provide honest feedback. Improving cleanliness, replacing or properly laundering bedding, and repairing damaged facilities will help protect your business and improve future guests' experiences. “Place is ok, but the host is nasty, no pots to cook, only a hotplate with a frying pan and small pot”

−There is no backup electricity, no security at the gate, and no remote gate. You must open the gate for yourself with a key that is not safe. Poor beds in room(Kudu family house) K3 and K4, we had four single beds(two bunk beds) in one room. The beds were in a very bad condition with a sponge in very poor condition you can't sleep at night.😢.

+I liked the location, the few animals we saw, the cummunal area was pretty nice. Bonfire was decent, just the wood was wet. Internet was available at the communal area. The recommendation to fish at Metsi Metsi was great, it was really beautiful.
−Very dissapointed in the room. It was very unclear what to expect as there was very little info available on the bunk beds room, like 2 or 3 photos. We ended up putting the thin sponge matresses on the floor to be able to sleep. The bunks beds are rusted and looked like it may give in any time of the night. There was also no fridge in the room which was completely unexpected, especially for just shy of R1000 per night...

−Pool Water was dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. The room fan was not working, we slept in hot room, couldn't sleep well. The sheets and towels were never changed , there was no mop in the room. Only one tissue was available. Shared kitchen, fridge.

“The place has potential. With a bit more maintenance it could turn into a worthwhile location.”
+We enjoyed watching the game, the hiking trails and the feeling of freedom under the bright Bushveld sky. The stars were amazing, as well as sunrise and sunset.
−Descriptions are misleading: The website mentions a restaurant on-site, yet it was not operational. Communal kitchen was lacking equipment and not clean. The description of the rooms we paid for did not mention that those are totally separate rooms and do not form part of a chalet. We are a big family that wanted to spend time together over Christmas, and not sit in 3 separate rooms. If it was not for the friendliness of Pia, who offered us the use of the conference room, we would have packed up and left. Janika was lacking interpersonal skills, being rude and abrupt.
