+Clean, modern and cosy accommodation with a peaceful atmosphere. The room was nicely designed, and we had a pleasant stay. Overall, a nice place for a short getaway.
−However, the prices for activities felt a little high, and there wasn’t much space to walk around and explore within the resort itself.

“if something goes wrong you will have no support!”
+the bungalows seem beautiful from the outside, but i had an hotel room
−The hotel room is absurdly small, so was the bathroom - there is literally no place to leave any toyleteries, (towels few and small). It was bad weather, and resort simply shuts down and there is barely anything functioning. (outside bar, boats a sea equipment rental all closed) and within one night (i reserved 3) me and my son understood we couldn't stay there it would be claustrofobic, and outside dead (again bungalows that hold several people and seem from the outside very spacious may provide a different experience for guests) . there is no reception, so we went to the restaurant to advise the one person we found we were leaving, and ask how - which she said just leave the key on the door, we did and i planned to contact later. what came next was the worse part of the whole experience, i contacted the property for them to evaluate a refund even if partial, and yes they could have said no, but then their almost immediate response was contact Booking (fair enough) i did , eventually booking responded to me via writing several times and by calling me that they were trying to request on my behalf but they were getting no response whatsoever, i tried again to contact the property i

“Wonderful staffs”
+I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Molėtai Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. During my stay, I unexpectedly found myself in a difficult situation, and I would especially like to thank Tija at the reception. She handled everything with remarkable professionalism, calmness, and kindness. She stayed composed throughout, thought quickly, and made me feel supported. It really showed how responsible and caring the staffs are towards every guest. I am truly grateful for her help. The resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and the location by the lake is simply stunning. It is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. Even if you stayed here for a whole week, you would never get bored. There are plenty of activities on the lake, tennis courts available to rent, and many other things to enjoy. I also highly recommend the Thai massage at the spa, it was one of the most relaxing massages you can experience. And don't miss the restaurant! The Thai cuisine is surprisingly authentic and absolutely delicious. Every meal I had was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memo
−One small suggestion for an even better guest experience: I only learned on my second day that the local tap water is not recommended for drinking due to the local water quality. It might be helpful to place a small note in the rooms or at check-in so that first time visitors are aware from the beginning. Just a minor suggestion, everything else about my stay was excellent.

“Nenuomuokite kambario”
+Graži, sutvarkyta aplinka.
−Kambarys labai mažytis ir neturėjo atidaromų langų, tik stoglangį - jį vyras galėjo atidaryti tik užlipęs ant lovos naudodamas drabužių pakabą (daugiau nebuvo kaip). Pasisekė, kad priskrido tik uodų, nes jei būtų liję, būtume miegoję šlapiai.
