“Excellent location and spacious accomodations.”
+Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to both Myeongdong Shopping Street and the cable car leading up to Namsan Seoul Tower. The unit itself was very spacious with three bedrooms with many beds - more than was needed for our group of six. Having two bathrooms was also great. It was a relaxing place to stay after long days walking around Seoul.
−The bathroom instructions were not very clear as they warned of $300 penalties for flushing toilet paper. This worried us that we would have to put soiled toilet paper in the garbage can, but when I asked about it with the property manager, they said we could flush, despite the warnings. I did appreciate the quick response on this from the property manager. An additional annoyance was the shower drains did not drain well at all. We ended up standing in a couple inches of water within a minute of having the shower on. I suspect this drainage issue is why there are all the warnings about not flushing toilet paper in the first place.

“Yes, There Are Stairs , And I’d Still Come Back 100%”
+I was a little worried at first because of the stairs, but the hotel provided a luggage service upon check-in, which made everything incredibly convenient. The location is excellent , just a short walk from Myeongdong Station. It’s hard to find another place in the city where the whole family can stay together so comfortably and conveniently. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. 100% would stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Don't worry about the stairs. The house serve great service that moves all your luggage to the room.”
+My family had a lot of luggage, but they provided a luggage transport service that carried all the luggage to my room, so it was nice to have no inconvenience using the stairs. I was worried about using the stairs because there were some elderly people, but it was great to have a luggage transportation service when checking in. The host responded quickly to every conversation, and the accommodation was much bigger and cleaner than I thought. The location of the accommodation was also in the middle of Myeongdong, so it was very convenient and nice to use Myeongdong and nearby tourist attractions. I am willing to visit again next time. The price was so affordable and it was the best accommodation ever!

+It's a big apartment, quite clean and spacious
−It is a bit challenging for us to carry our luggage to 2nd floor as there is no elavator and also it is located at a hilly place hence bit dificult to manage our luggage transportation.

“Awesome stay in Seoul right next to the famous Myeongdong district”
+The neighbourhood is quiet and is very close to Myeongdong street. Excellent location! Plenty of options for dining, street food, brunch or shopping from 24/7 convenience stores. The apartment is super clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay (microwave, washing machine with dryer, smart tv etc.). The host is very, very responsive and the communication happens really easy and friendly. Thanks a lot for the great stay! We would definitely book this again next time in Seoul. 😊
−A minor flaw is that there is no elevator and we had to take our luggage through the stairs. However, it was good for the health and overall fitness. 😁

+The location was great and the apartment was very spacious
−The little towels were unusual as was the lack of cutlery. Couldn’t figure out the cooktop which was no big deal.

−There was no elevator, which made it quite challenging with our heavy luggages go up 3rd floors, also it’s located on a hillside. There were also no shelves in the rooms or bathroom, and nowhere convenient to place things like makeup, phones, or cups.

“また泊まりたい韓国の家”
+とてもキレイで本当に広くてベッドの寝心地も良かった！ 子連れ7人で快適に過ごせました！ 冷蔵庫も大きかったので果物や飲み物を充分に冷やせた！ 午前中に到着したので早くからスーツケースを預かってもらえたのがとても助かりました。
−施設で良くなかった点はありません。 日本人の場合、2口変換アダプタがあると良いかと思います。 建物までの坂道と3階の部屋まで階段なので小さな子がいて荷物が大きく重いと少し大変。 でも苦痛な事は、なくまた利用したい！と思う！

−자동자를 이용한다면 주차시설이 없어서, 불편합니다만, 주차 어플 사용하여 사전에 알아 봐야, 불편함을 해결할수 있습니다. 서울 주차비는 다소 비쌉니다. [호텔근처 유료 주차장 많아요.]
