“Ideal city centre location to stay in Hong Kong.”
+I booked the Modern which is located on the 14th Floor of Mirador Mansion, Hong Kong, however on check-in, the owner has given me a similar room (2 single beds) at a flat called Valentine, on the 8th floor which is managed by the same owner. The room has been recently renovated, with large tiles on the floor and the wall. The toilet and shower are in the same room and the floor gets wet when you shower. Sandals are provided to use on the wet bathroom floor. The hot water system provides quick hot water after you turn it on. The water pressure is strong for a shower. There is a wall aircon unit and wall fan in the room to use. Outside the room there is a communal hot water supply. Tea and coffee are provided. There is also a microwave oven. There is also iron provided in the communal area, though I did not see an ironing board. Hong Kong phone charging cables are also provided in the communal area for guests who forgot their phone adaptor. The room has a small refrigerator, hair dryer, safebox and free wifi. The maid cleaned the room daily and the wet shower floor was always dried after cleaning. There is a bus stop opposite Mirador Mansion, where you can get the A21 bus to the inte
−I found it hard to locate the place. Trip: Look for Mirador Mansion first. There is nothing on the ground floor mentioning Modern. You have to make your way to the office at Flat D1 on the 14th floor of Mirador Mansion, a high rise building. At peak hours there is a long queue for the lifts to the high rise building. Caution: don’t get the floor tile in your room wet as it can become very slippery, especially when using the thin, disposable room slippers provided (floor tile not slippery if you use the bathroom sandals). This is a high rise building with many tenants. A few of them dry their washings on the ceiling of the common corridor.

+I have to say Sam is the most hard-working guy I’ve ever known. Everything is clean and well-organized. Besides, the location is ideal for me, as it’s close to many famous attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui.
−There are tiny ants in the room, which is really annoying and hard to get rid of.

+Location is great. Close to the subway and malls. It is also close to the avenue of the stars, walking distance (10mins walk). There is 2 elevator servicing the 14F located on different side of the building. It has a max capacity of 7 people so large group would need to take multiple trips or take both elevator simultaneously. The room is clean, towels are being change daily but coffee cups (glass) are not getting wash. They leave it on the table (we leave it empty and obviously used). There are 2 times that we enter the room with it smelling like a cigarette. We assume that the person who cleaned it just went for the smoke and the smell stays after cleaning the room. It is the most logically idea we have. There is an exhaust fan installed in the room so we were able to remove the smell right away. The guesthouse has multiple rooms in it. We occupied 2 rooms with 4pax capacity each (we are a group of 7). Since, we occupied 2 rooms there are times the we goes in and out of our rooms specially when we were packing our luggage’s going back home. Someone called us in about it. Since the door makes noise when closing it (it is around 8am). Check in and check out process is easy. We came

“Parfait pour visiter”
