“Fabulous place.”
+Great place, surf breaks right out front / paddle distance. Nice pool, good food and drink options. The dive team were amazing.

+The peace and attention to detail. Eco-friendly in a region which is generally not so sensitive to environmental issues. Simple but stylish. Beautiful private beach, good fur surfing. There are also spots for diving and snorkeling but we didn't see them. Breakfast and dinner are quite good and varied. I reccommend the French toast.
−Just some minor suggestions: 1 fridge in the room is missing, would be useful. As well as a small sink to rinse your feet before entering the room 2 the footpath to the pool shower tends to get boiling hot so that feet hurt, maybe having white tiles could help 3 breakfast in the morning takes really too long to be served, we had to wait about 40 minutes on both mornings (while at dinner waiting times are acceptable). All this doesn't have any impact on an overall enthusiastic review

“THE BEST!”
+We had such an amazing time! The location is perfect for the waves, beautiful beach, the pool is amazing and the restaurant is surrounded by gorgeous views. The food was delicious and rooms were spacious. The staff made the trip! All so attentive, kind and caring especially with the kids! Thank you Aysa, Ayunda, Wardah, Morgan, Agus and Willy!!!! We also got to scuba dive with a great team, great equipment and the best vibes! They even set up tables on the beach for us to have dinner and set up bonfires. So thoughtful and special! We will be there next year ❤️❤️❤️

“Excellent stay”
+I wish I could have stayed longer this place was such a good find. The only resort on Moro Bay which ended up being the pick of the beaches. There was plenty to do with 3 surf spots to choose from and a calm bay with crystal clear water for swimming or learning to dive with the help of resort staff. The pool is huge and close to the beach with plenty of daybeds. The bar had a great selection of drinks, the Mai tai and Margarita were very well done and the food served at the restaurant was the best I found in Kertasari be sure to try the steak and ceviche. Will definitely be returning.

“Ok stay for a few days but ffod get boring after a few days and there is nothing else around.”
+Very friendly staff that spoke English well. There is great and very varied coral just in front of the hotel about 100 m out I.e. getting past the low-tide exposed zone to and beyond where the surfers spend the morning. The included breakfast was large but could have benefited from further options as e.g crepes or pancakes. The mango puré was terrible both in the juice and in the mango bowl for breakfast. Juices needed a lot of sugar to be drinkable but it could not save the bad taste of the unripe mango puré. In general a juice should not be watered down and should be made from ripe fruit.
−Very expensive rooms and very expensive activities provided. The snorkeling tour was not great for us. The water was not clear and the depth was too deep to properly enjoy the coral. Too few food options for lunch and dinner and nothing is authentic Indonesian.

“Nice hotel in Kertasari”
+Beautiful hotel in Kertasari - everything was very well run, very easy. Food was excellent. Beautiful beach. Very quiet. Shout out to staff member Asya for going above and beyond.
−The location is a little isolated, so not a lot to do unless you are a diver (the conditions weren't good for snorkelling during my stay). I took advantage of the downtime to swim, read and walk on the beach, so definitely still positive.

+A resort beautifully placed directly at the beach. We had a good time here; the extensive breakfast in front of the beach was a big plus, as well as the surfing oppportunities. Restaurant has very tasty food too.
−I do feel something is missing given the money paid. For example, I would expect the resort to have a gym and/or other included activities. We would've loved to try diving however its just way cheaper in other locations, such as other remote diving resorts or the famous Komodo Park

“Perfect”
+This is a wonderful place to stay! Super clean, friendly, welcoming, great location and the beach is clean (!), stylish, still the only place at this site. That's changing... The breakfast is wonderful and so is the food at the restaurant. Our room was large and clean, the bathroom huge, bright and cozy. A perfect 10 place for us.

“beautiful place, amazing surf, Afri is very nice and professionnal, but rest of staff still training”
+The location is perfect, right in front of a perfect surf spot ! They also have surf board that you can rent anytime which is amazing. Afri, the manager, is absolutely incredible, which is good because most of the staff is still in training, so very blessed to have Afri to fix things.. It's a beautiful hotel, well maintained
−Most of the staff is still under training, which made mmy stay not as good as it would have been. Also, restaurant was a very bad experience, waiting average 40 min - 1 hour for the breakfast !! When I asked Afri, she made sure I had my breakfast in 15 - 20 min, but she was the only one able to manage that, if not her, it was chaos It will be perfect when staff is fully trained
