“Adequate for the two nights stay but I won’t be back in the future.”
+Good
−Unfriendly day time staff. Very bitter and unwelcoming. Problems were resolved but with very poor attitude. I was left with the feeling that I was to blame for the door locks and the elevator not working?

“Don't stay on the second floor! The rooms are terrible! It was a dump! Ask to stay in a room on the 4th floor. I”
+Being moved to room 406, which had a comfortable bed, a working heater, working lights and a toilet that flushed properly. It had also been partly renovated and looked clean and fresh. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful
−Initially we were in room 212. Whilst it was actually clean, it looked old and grimy and was very worn, it was cold, the heater didn't work, the bed was hard, the pillows were like rocks, the wall lights didn't work and the toilet didn't flush properly

“It was gross.”
+Location. Availability. Bed sheets were clean.
−The door handle to bathroom was broken. The bathroom was filthy with orange spots and hair (pubic?) stuck to the ceiling. The window was broken and almost impossible to see through. The shower head sprayed everywhere. All this for $181.
