+Second time staying here. Upgrade looks great and and still clean (is a must for me). Staff friendly and as always accomodating. Loved the breakfast which was delivered. Location was great and the ladies at reception were friendly and professional as always.

+Spacious room, newly updated bathroom, fridge, clean, light breakfast, you can easily walk to lots of interesting areas of Apia. Safe area and quiet. Staff are all so friendly, helpful and engaging, we felt very welcomed.... Lena, on desk , offered great suggestions for food- Island Grill, put us onto Shan , office beside, for a hire car, and sorted out internet glitches. Etta and Sophie -warm and friendly, delivering our daily different breakfast and offering to service the room daily. I would highly recommend this place as suitable for a family with the beds accommodating 4 people but our stay was great may as a couple

“Disappointing.”
+I liked where it was located close to everything the markets etc.
−Air con wasnt working so was very hot in our room. Refrigerator wasnt working . Shower was clogged . Had stains on our sheets . Dirty bench. Dirty floors. Had gone down to reception to let them know of the fridge, aircon and shower before we headed out for the day.. said they'd get onto it nd returned back to our room nd nothing had been done. No room service .. our breakfast stuff still sitting there had not been collected. Really disappointed. Will not be going back there. The staff were all very nice but just really disappointed cause we brought drinks nd it went to waste cause they were all warm cause they didnt fix our fridge .

+They did our laundry very quickly. The air con worked well.
−The room felt unclean, the finishes like the tiles, grout and paneling in the room looked poor. The staff didn't seem to care why we wanted to check out early. There was loud music in the mornings (I don't think this was in the hotel but it may wake you up). The room beside us was quite noisy too. The sound proofing seemed to be poor. Would recommend if you're going to Samoa just to book a resort. There's a few nice ones around.

+We arrived at 1am and the security swiftly let us into our room. All paper work was completed the following morning. Generally quiet surrounds. Free carpark at door.
−It would be nice to have the fridge on and a bottle of cold water on arrival. Smoking allowed outside rooms so door couldn't be left open. No dining area. Breakfast brought to room.

“Good place to stay for couple or solo traveller if you’re wanting to experience Apia.”
+Location was good right in the city! Very close to shops, markets all in walking distance especially the Fungalei market right across from the hotel. Breakfast was nice & simple something to start your day with! Staff were very friendly, especially the house keeping staff always smiling & greeting. The security guard at night time very helpful & kind.
−Cleanliness/hygiene could’ve been better. Floor in our room was sticky, I felt as if house keeping staff used the same mop from all the other rooms. That was the only downfall. Other than that everything else was expected for the price of the room.
